Integrations
Works with the tools, banks, wallets and tax authorities you already use
Bring your books across from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or SAP, get paid by mobile money and card, prepare records for your revenue authority and talk to customers on WhatsApp. Direct filing is shown only when the required approved connection is enabled.
Move your books
Switch to Zivobooks without starting from zero
Bring your history across in one go — every invoice, bill and payment posts to your ledger exactly as if you had typed it in, and running an import again never duplicates anything.
Xero
Chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, invoices, bills, credit notes, payments, overpayments and manual journals — read-only, straight from your own Xero app.
QuickBooks Online
Chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments and journal entries — read-only, from your own Intuit app, live or sandbox company.
Sage Business Cloud Accounting
Accounts, customers, suppliers, invoices, supplier invoices and payments (with their allocations) — read-only, with your own Sage API key.
SAP Business One
Live import through the Service Layer (B1 10.0+): accounts, business partners, A/R and A/P invoices and credit memos, payments and manual journal entries. DTW file import and export too.
Statutory payroll returns
EMP201, UIF and EMP501 figures (SARS), ZIMRA PAYE, NSSA and ZIMDEF, ZRA PAYE with SDL, NAPSA, NHIMA and Namibia's SSC — totals to pay and an employee schedule, straight from your posted pay runs.
Official exchange rates
Each company picks its own rates: SARB official rates fetched daily (rand, Namibian dollar, loti, lilangeni), the RBZ interbank or any central bank rate you enter, or daily market rates.
Shopify & WooCommerce
Online store orders come in as paid invoices with their products, shipping and tax — refunds as credit notes — from your own store keys.
Yoco & iKhokha
Card machine and online takings come in as one paid invoice per day, VAT taken out, refunds as credit notes.
Bank statement files
OFX/QFX, SWIFT MT940 and ISO 20022 camt.053 statements from FNB, Absa, Standard Bank, Stanbic, CBZ and more — no column mapping, and re-imports never double up.
Bulk bank payments
Pay many supplier bills or a whole pay run in one upload to your bank — ISO 20022 pain.001 or CSV, then mark everything paid in one step.
WPS salary files
The UAE Wage Protection System SIF file for every pay run, ready to upload to your bank or exchange house.
IBAN checks and bank directory
IBANs are checked as you type them, and Gulf banks and their SWIFT codes are filled in for you.
Spreadsheets (CSV)
Import customers, suppliers, employees and bank statements from any CSV, with column mapping that remembers your layout.
Get paid
The way your customers actually pay
Every invoice shows your customer exactly how to pay you — mobile money, bank transfer or card — and online checkout links let them pay in a tap.
Paystack
Card and instant EFT checkout on your invoices, with payments matched to the invoice automatically.
Mobile money on your invoices
EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha, Orange Money, MyZaka, Smega, M-Pesa, e-Mola, mKesh, TNM Mpamba, Unitel Money, FNB eWallet and PayToday — shown with your numbers so customers pay you directly, then upload their proof of payment for you to confirm in one click.
SMS reminders
Text customers a reminder with the link to pay. Every plan includes SMS each month, and you can buy more bundles any time — sent through Africa's Talking, Clickatell or BulkSMS.
Bank transfers
PayShap and Instant EFT, RTGS, ZIPSS, BISS, NamPay and the Eswatini and Lesotho switches — your bank details on every invoice, in the format your customers know.
PayFast
Cards, instant EFT, SnapScan and more on PayFast's own page, with a test mode to try it first.
Ozow
Instant EFT straight from your customer's banking app — confirmed with Ozow before the invoice is marked paid.
Peach Payments
More South African card and PayShap checkouts.
Paynow
Zimbabwe's checkout for EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, ZimSwitch and Visa/Mastercard, in USD or ZiG — paid invoices update the moment Paynow confirms.

MTN MoMo, Airtel Money & M-Pesa APIs
Request-to-pay straight to your customer's phone, confirmed automatically.
Tax authorities
Tax authority connections
Country integrations have different approval and onboarding requirements. Production reporting is available only after authority approval, provider setup and business credentials are confirmed. Prepared invoices are not described as reported until an acknowledgement is received.
ZIMRA — Fiscal Device Gateway
Zimbabwe's fiscalisation (FDMS, spec v7.2).
ZRA — Smart Invoice (VSDC)
Zambia's Smart Invoice through your VSDC.
MRA — Electronic Invoicing System
Malawi's EIS, built against the official OpenAPI specification.
AGT — Faturação Electrónica
Angola's real-time electronic invoicing.
ZATCA — Fatoora phase 2
Production clearance and reporting require the business's ZATCA onboarding, valid credentials and an approved integration. Check workspace status before issuing an invoice that must be cleared.
UAE e-invoicing (Peppol PINT-AE)
The phased FTA rollout requires an approved Accredited Service Provider selected by the business. Zivobooks is not itself an ASP; check current rollout availability before relying on submission.
BURS (Botswana) & RSL (Lesotho)
No production connection is advertised. Authority specifications and approval requirements need confirmation before launch.
Tax calendar feed
Export registered return and payment deadlines to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Country rules with source-review warnings remain planning dates; confirm deadlines with the authority.
