What we do and don’t claim

The core product and country tax workspaces are available. Tax rules may need confirmation, and returns must be filed through the authority unless an approved connection is enabled. Rules marked for source review are planning aids and must be checked with the authority before use. A return is only marked Submitted or Accepted after an acknowledgement is recorded.

The country tax workspaces shown below help organise records and prepare the tax data supported for your business. Coverage varies by tax type; check the source review status on this page and confirm figures with ZATCA before filing.

Which currency can I use?

Your base currency is the Saudi riyal (SAR), with invoicing in any currency. You can also invoice and bank in any other currency, with exchange rates recorded on every transaction.

Is payroll supported?

Yes. No income tax on salaries. GOSI contributions for Saudi and non-Saudi employees and the end-of-service award are worked out on every pay run and posted to the books. Payroll is on the Business plan and above.

Can I submit returns directly to ZATCA?

Direct submission to ZATCA depends on an approved integration being enabled for your business. A prepared return is not filed; use the authority’s channel unless your workspace confirms an acknowledgement.
