How many clients can I serve for free?
Your free practice plan includes one client business. If you serve more clients, choose an Accountant or Firm plan for a larger client limit. Each client pays separately for its own business plan.
Can I bring my existing clients onto Zivobooks?
Yes. Invite a client from your practice dashboard. They set up their business, stay the owner, and you’re connected the moment they finish.
Do clients control my access?
Yes. The client chooses View only, Bookkeeping or Full accountant, can change it at any time, and can remove your access whenever they want. Everything you do is recorded in their audit log.
